Caperdonich
This 24 year old Caperdonich Unpeated single malt has been matured in first fill American oak barrels, bottled at cask strength and without chill-filtration. Rich and sweet on the nose, bringing together aromas of vanilla, butterscotch and strawberry jam. Flavour notes of caramel, spiced apricot and orange on the palate lead to a fruity and gently spiced finish.

NOSE
Sweet with aromas of strawberries, ripe peach, apricot jam, honey and a hint of mint.
PALATE
Flavour notes of blueberries and baked apple crumble are followed by notes of chocolate, chai tea and ginger.
FINISH
Rich and spicy.
CAPERDONICH DISTILLERY
Caperdonich distillery, once stood on the banks of the River Spey, IS NO MORE. A building opened in 1898 and taken down, brick by brick, in 2011. This single malt is all that remains of the whisky from the ‘SECRET WELL’. A water spring where, legend tells, clandestine lovers used to meet in the dead of night. A place where distillers have always crafted whisky with passion, letting heart rule over head. While the building may be gone, the distillers’ craft lives on.
